Work areas
You will be performing daily book keeping tasks relevant for a production company; inventory accruals, payables and receivables, VAT and duty accrual and booking, and archiving.
The main work will be in our ERP system, so experience with this is essential, and even better if you have experience with an English language version. We expect you to be able to start up quickly and that you have a lot of motivation to ensure that all details are correct in your work. It is important that you take pride in what you do, and that you are able to bring suggestions and your own views to the management.
Chima Asia is a Danish owned and managed company, so it is expected that you have the will and skill to adapt to the company culture. You will be referring to Danish management and have frequent communication with the group in Denmark, so good English skills is a must.
Qualifications:
· Good communication skill in both English and Mandarin.
· Must have experience ERP systems, preferably in English
· Must have at least 3 years of experience with similar work.
· Strong analytical mindset and very good with numbers
· Good computer skills, such as Word, Excel, etc.
· Good at team work, interpersonal relationship with colleagues.
Key tasks:
· Perform daily book keeping tasks such as payments and deposit in our ERP system
· Input correct financial figures in our ERP system
· Book costs and income in the system when they occur
· Archive documentation of financial transactions
· Perform accruals for inventory based on ERP PO invoices and warehouse receipts
· Ensure timely receipt of VAT invoices from creditors and settle accruals
· Produce export customs declaration documents and book VAT and duty expenses
